    •  Stereotyping: Be aware to avoid reinforcing stereotypes or be cultural biased, ensure that the activity/exercise does not perpetuate harmful assumptions, etc. (Keep it simple and try to stick with a single topic – keep the exercise clear and concise).
    • Tokenism: Avoid treating the activities as a tick box exercise, try to fully integrate them fully into the workplace culture, or if a learning institute within the curriculum (Token gestures can lead to further isolation).
    • Prioritise certain information (Highlight important information – Central Topics can most important).
    • Cultural Appropriation: Always respect cultural boundaries, avoid assumptions around other cultures without fully understanding and always be sensitive to cultural significance.
    • Missing Cultural detail (Using cultural keywords can trigger further information and detail).
    • Use Digital software (This can enhance paper and pen with highting and simplify editing).
    • Define the purpose (why are you doing this, a project, a problem, enhancing procedures, integration, etc.).
