    About Lesson
    • This exercise encourages collaboration and creativity through interactions and allows celebrating diverse cultures and integration to boost workplace collaboration and inclusion.
    • Using art supplies (paper, paint, markers), your task is the creation of multicultural artwork (e.g., murals, collages).
    • On completion share your work with your tutor or colleagues, or other learners on the course. Follow up with reflecting on the importance of celebrating diverse cultures.
    • During this session, you are encouraged to develop your own creation, this should be a simple subject, best related to something they are aware of, a general topic Work and Education, Climate and the Environment, Culture, Social Sciences or General Education. Give examples.
    • Next, examine a well structured exercise that demonstrates the effective use of visual images and colours, at this stage develop a regular exercise related to the class content or even a personal interest.
    • You should now create a basic drawing/artefact and present to your tutor or others on your course, and be prepared for critical feedback, this should be encouraged. This allows the others to feed their ideas which promotes collaboration and further creativity and awareness.
    • Using art supplies (paper, paint, markers) your task is to create a multicultural artwork (e.g., murals, collages). Again, on completion share your work with others. Follow up with reflecting on the importance of celebrating diverse cultures.
