<p>Teams can give you a lot of resilience because people working together, supporting each other in reaching a goal are a great resource for getting over mental blocks that can occur from time to time. Let's look at team development. </p><p>Tuckman's Stages of Team Development give an overview of the good things and the troubles to expect while working in a team.</p><p> </p><p>TASKS: </p><p>1. Read the 5 cards and put them into the inevitable order of team development. </p><p>2. Ask yourself the following questions: </p><ul><li>Do you have an idea in which phase you are with your team?</li><li>What are the good and the bad things about this specific phase?</li><li>Think about the teamplayer roles in each phase, including the leadership role.
