<ul><li>The Creative Exercise is developed to help learners strengthen and develop their skills, develop self-awareness, connect ideas, grow creativity and areas for improvement.</li><li>Creative exercises help to further develop, see patterns and gaps and branch out with their training needs, develop improvements, explore new concepts, review and refine.</li><li>Learners are provided with an overview of the task and the content of the exercise which can be broken down into topic areas, for Multicultural Development and Innovation along with Social Intelligence, or exercises adapted to suit a specific topic such as individual development. </li></ul>

Creative exercises must ensure that the activity is engaging and provide an enhanced learning experience. Trainers should explain the concept of the creative exercises and describe them as tool that can be used to organise thoughts and ideas, exercises can be used to process information, that they are flexible and suitable for many situations and purposes in many areas of life to help plan, develop, or used creativity to engage learners, get them working together possible solve a problem and bring news ideas into play.

As a new development is formed this represents a further idea of the main topic, use colour and additional images as this presents a more creative idea</li><li>Hands-On Approach: Working with a blank sheet of paper/screen, or use a drawing software develop your own creativity based on the topic (Multicultural Development). Here we encourage you to be experimental and creative. <ul><li>Content Evaluation: You should check the accuracy of the content of the training exercise, ensuring that it covers all the main aspects of the topic and sub-topics, you should also assess the completeness, this ensures that no essential information is missing, and final assess the depth of understanding of the topic, are connections helpful and do they go further than just the basics.</li><li>Quality: Is the Creative exercise organised correctly, is it organised, developed in a logical manner, have you, the learner provided a clear distinction between main idea and supporting details, is there a good mix of colours, images and symbols, or does this cause distraction (too much), remember the exercise should be easy to follow.</li><li>Assessment Criteria: Complete an assessment criteria for the developed exercise, this can include categories such as; accuracy, organisation, use of colours and images and above all creativity. The tutor can assign a scoring system using points or a written criterion such as a descriptor for the topic.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Other exercises to encourage participation: </li><li>Inclusion Jenga, players take turns removing blocks from a Jenga tower, with each block asking a different question about diversity. Questions could include, “Share a time you felt proud of your culture” or “Share a story of how you faced a diversity challenge.” As the tower becomes more unstable, participants discuss how diversity strengthens the team. This game fosters communication, empathy, and understanding among colleagues and can enhance workplace culture and promote respect for diverse perspectives. </li><li>Guess My Country, in this activity, participants take turns providing clues about a country they have in mind. The rest of the players try to guess the correct answer. </li><li>Cultural Quest is a fun cultural exchange, set up stations around the room, each representing a different country or culture. At each station, there will be fun activities and challenges to complete, like trying new foods or learning a traditional dance. Learner can collect point for each challenge they complete and win a prize.</li></ul>
